To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. Provided the above is in order we will offer a refund, exchange or replacement.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package or provide you with a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 business days).
- Defective or incorrect items:
Please inspect your goods once you receive them and contact us within 7 days at email@example.com if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item.
We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected it for ourselves we will then deliver the correct product to you if available or either refund or credit your account within 10 working days.
